This warranty and maintenance policy applies only to office furniture, chairs, and sofas.
- Warranty:
Warranty Period: One year from the date of product delivery and installation.
Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
Conditions:
A. Please note that the warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse or mishandling of the product.
B. If any defects are discovered due to manufacturing defects, the customer must follow the steps below:
- Contact the store and open a maintenance/warranty request.
- Specify the defect and provide pictures if possible to facilitate the provision of the damaged spare part and avoid delays for customers.
- Schedule a technician visit to inspect the product and confirm that the damage is due to manufacturing defects, then proceed with the maintenance and installation process.
- If it is confirmed that the defect is due to manufacturing defects, the store will bear all maintenance costs. If it is determined that the defect is due to misuse, the customer will bear the maintenance costs.

OFFICY store is committed an excellent services during the sales process and also after-sales services, working hard to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing efficient maintenance service at reasonable prices.
- The quality of the products for customers is guaranteed through specialized technicians responsible for the maintenance process.
- Maintenance operations are carried out based on a direct agreement between the customer and the store, by contacting the support center at the store.
- Original spare parts or equivalent quality and durability are provided to ensure the quality of the maintenance.
- The new spare part used is guaranteed for up to 6 months against manufacturing defects only, but it does not cover usage defects.
