To ensure service quality, the customer signs a receipt document indicating that the product is free from any defects or damage, releasing the company from any liability.

To save the customer's time, these products are installed inside the warehouse before being delivered to the customer, ensuring they are ready for use. The product is shipped along with an installation technician who provides assistance and technical support to the customer.
