Shipping, Delivery, and Installation

Shipping and delivery fees are fixed at 29.

 Free shipping and delivery for purchases of 499 or more.

Delivery timeframe (Riyadh city): Within 2-4 working days from the date of order receipt. Delivery timeframe (outside Riyadh): Within 3-8 working days depending on the shipping company. 

*Please note that weekends, official holidays, and national holidays are not included in the delivery time. Additionally, any modifications to the order or customer's address will require a new calculation of the shipping time, and it will not be deducted from the previous order's time.

Delivery and Installation:

 A fixed process is followed to facilitate the procedure. Once the product is ordered, the customer receives a confirmation via email or text message on their mobile phone. The order is then sent to the relevant department, which prepares and examines the requested product by technicians. The technical department ensures that the product meets the required technical specifications & is free from defects, and guarantees its quality before it is prepared for shipping or delivery to the customer.

- Offices, Workstations, and Cabinets (Riyadh city only):

 Pre-arranged communication with the customer determines the delivery and installation appointment. The furniture is prepared and installed directly at the customer's place.

 The product is delivered along with an installation technician who provides assistance and technical support to ensure proper installation according to the specifications. To ensure service quality, the customer signs a receipt document indicating that the product is free from any defects or damage, releasing the company from any liability.

- Chairs and Sofas (Riyadh city only): 

Pre-arranged communication with the customer determines the delivery and installation appointment. To save the customer's time, these products are installed inside the warehouse before being delivered to the customer, ensuring they are ready for use. The product is shipped along with an installation technician who provides assistance and technical support to the customer.

 To ensure service quality, the customer signs a receipt document indicating that the product is free from any defects or damage, releasing the company from any liability.

- Office Accessories and Lighting (for all cities in the Kingdom): 

These products are delivered using the shipping company Aramex or Fastlo.
